VENICCI GIVEAWAY Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, the collaborating influencer and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.


2. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow @venicci_uk on Instagram.
  • Follow @paigethornex on Instagram.
  • Like the official giveaway post.
  • Comment on the giveaway post and tag a friend who would love Venicci.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments will not increase the chances of winning.


3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on 27.10.2026 and closes on 01.11.2026 at 11:59 PM UK time.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.


4. The Prize

One winner will receive HUNTER x VENICCI UPLINE 3 essential bundle, a colour of your choice, with an approximate retail value of £1 049.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.


5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable random selection process. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @venicci_uk or @paigethornex within 7 days of the closing date.

The winner must respond within 3 days of receiving the notification.

If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.


6. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid UK address.

Delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly with the winner.


7. General Conditions

  • Only entries meeting all giveaway requirements will be considered valid.
  • Automated, fraudulent or spam entries may be disqualified.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility.
  • The Promoter may disqualify participants who breach these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures beyond its reasonable control that prevent participation.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information provided by the winner will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy


9. Winner Announcement

The winner’s surname and county may be made available in accordance with applicable UK advertising regulations.

The winner may object to their details being published or made available by contacting the Promoter. This will not affect any obligation to provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
