I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If the email has not come through to your inbox, please check your junk/spam mail. If the email is not there, please contact us on webenquiries@venicci.co.uk.

When you order an item on pre-order, the page will state when we expect to fulfil the order. If there will be any delay in delivering your product, we will update our website to reflect this. Please note, if your order includes pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched when all items are available.

Yes, as long as your order has not left our warehouse it can be amended. To change your order please contact us on webenquiries@venicci.co.uk.

Delivery to most areas of the United Kingdom typically takes 2 – 7 working days, Ireland may take longer.

Whilst we try our best to ensure all products are available, some older models may be discontinued, and we may not stock the product anymore. Our Venicci approved stockists may hold some stock for older models. Please check our stockists map to find your local Venicci stockist.
